Flip & Rotate Image
Mirror a selfie, fix a sideways photo or turn a scan the right way up — at full resolution, in your browser.
Your files are processed in this browser tab and never leave your device.
Front cameras save selfies mirrored, so text on a T-shirt or sign reads backwards. Scans and screenshots end up sideways. Product photos sometimes need to face the other direction to fit a layout. A quick flip or rotation fixes all of these.
Use the buttons to rotate in 90° steps and flip horizontally or vertically; the preview updates instantly. When you download, the change is applied to the full-resolution image, not a shrunken copy.
The photo never leaves your device, and you can save the result as PNG, JPG or WebP.

Frequently asked questions
How do I un-mirror a selfie?
Add the selfie and click Flip horizontal. Text that read backwards will read correctly, and the photo will match what people saw in person.
What is the difference between flipping and rotating?
Flipping mirrors the image like a reflection — left becomes right, or top becomes bottom. Rotating turns the whole picture around its center without mirroring it. A photo lying on its side needs a rotation, not a flip.
Why does my photo look rotated after uploading it somewhere else?
Phones often store a sideways image plus an orientation tag. Some sites ignore the tag. This tool applies the orientation and saves the pixels the right way up, so the image displays correctly everywhere.
Does flipping an image lose quality?
Flipping and 90° rotations move pixels without resampling. PNG output is lossless; JPG and WebP are re-saved at 95% quality.
