Are these image tools really free?

Yes. Every tool on this page is free with no daily limit and no watermark. They run in your browser, so they cost us almost nothing to offer and there is no reason to charge for them. Only the AI tools in our separate AI section use credits.

Do I need an account to use the free tools?

No. Open a tool, pick a file and download the result. There is no sign-up, no email and no login prompt anywhere in the free tools section.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Conversion, splitting, flipping, blurring and GIF making all happen inside your browser tab using your own device. The files never leave your computer or phone, which also means the tools keep working on large private photos.

Do the free tools work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. All tools work in current versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox on desktop and mobile. Very large files are limited by your device's memory, so on older phones keep images under about 50 MB and video clips under 15 seconds.
